ROAD2EU Team Advances Final Preparations for Project Kick-Off

The ROAD2EU team is completing the final organisational, academic and technical preparations for the project’s online Kick-Off Meeting on 10 October 2025.

Five days before the launch, attention is focused on translating the approved project design into a clear implementation plan. The preparation process connects the meeting agenda with the responsibilities of the project team, the development of the EUSynergia platform, teaching activities, research outputs and quality assurance.

Final preparation priorities

• finalising the agenda, speaking order and team responsibilities;
• confirming the development roadmap for the EUSynergia digital platform;
• refining the teaching plan, including Winter and Summer School activities;
• aligning research outputs with dissemination and public-engagement activities;
• reviewing quality assurance, risks, milestones, the implementation timeline and immediate next steps.

A shared implementation roadmap

The preparatory work brings together the core project team and the external monitoring and evaluation experts. It is designed to ensure that the launch is not merely ceremonial, but establishes an operational framework for the three-year implementation period.
