From conference dialogue to peer-reviewed publication
This Special Issue brings together research on Digital European Studies, accountable university governance, responsible artificial intelligence, the twin transition, social inclusion and Poland–Ukraine academic cooperation. It was published by VIZJA University on 21 August 2026 under the guest editorship of Yan Kapranov.
Important distinction. This is not a conference-proceedings volume. Every contribution was independently developed and assessed under the journal’s editorial and peer-review requirements.
