Roundtable

The ROAD2EU Roundtables are dialogue-oriented dissemination events organised at selected points following the completion of the ROAD2EU Winter School and/or Summer School. They are designed to create a shared space in which the project’s key educational, analytical, and policy-oriented results can be presented, discussed, and transferred to a wider audience.

These roundtables extend the impact of the ROAD2EU learning pathway beyond the classroom. They bring together students, academic staff, researchers, local and regional stakeholders, policymakers, and representatives of civil society to reflect on the main themes explored during the Schools and to consider how European Union economic, social, and territorial priorities can be more effectively translated into higher education practice in Poland.

Each roundtable serves as a platform for dissemination, exchange, and critical reflection. The discussions focus on selected outputs developed during the Winter and Summer Schools, including policy-oriented analyses, practical educational solutions, implementation ideas, and stakeholder-relevant recommendations. In this way, the roundtables help ensure that the results of ROAD2EU are not only produced, but also communicated, debated, and connected with institutional and public needs.

The ROAD2EU Roundtables also strengthen the project’s public and collaborative dimension. They promote dialogue across disciplines and sectors, encourage knowledge exchange between academia and society, and support the wider visibility of the project’s aims, methods, and outcomes. As dissemination moments within the ROAD2EU cycle, they help transform educational results into broader academic, institutional, and societal value.

Selected materials, key conclusions, and dissemination-oriented outcomes from the roundtables will be integrated into the official EUSynergia website, where they will contribute to the long-term visibility and accessibility of the project.
